At Assembly Doorware, every order is handled with care—from selection through to delivery. Our products are dispatched directly from our supplier network, allowing us to offer a curated range of design-led hardware while maintaining a streamlined, reliable delivery experience.
Delivery Options
- Express Delivery — $15
- Free Express Delivery — On orders over $250
Shipping is calculated at checkout and available Australia-wide, including regional areas.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from our supplier warehouse. Each order is carefully picked and prepared, with multi-item sets and kits assembled prior to dispatch so everything arrives complete.
Once your order has been prepared, express delivery is typically 1–4 business days across Australia, with regional areas occasionally taking a little longer depending on location.
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll be in touch promptly with clear options.
Express delivery prioritises shipping speed once dispatched, but does not reduce handling or processing time.

Our supplier is proudly B Corporation certified, reflecting a commitment to responsible practices across sourcing, production, and distribution.
This extends to how your order is prepared. Packaging is selected to protect your hardware in transit while minimising unnecessary waste—ensuring your order arrives secure, without excess.
Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your order through to delivery.
We work with trusted carriers including Australia Post and courier partners. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth experience, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier once your order is in transit.
If you provide Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions at checkout, please note that parcels left unattended are at your own risk. While we pass on all delivery notes, we cannot guarantee they will be actioned by the driver.
Delivery Details
We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and rural locations.
- PO Boxes are supported where Australia Post is used
- Some deliveries require a physical address depending on the carrier
If additional details are required to complete delivery, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend checking your order within 48 hours of delivery to ensure everything is correct and in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Contact us with photos of the issue
- Do not install affected items
- We’ll arrange a resolution promptly in line with our policies
If visible damage is present on arrival, note this with the carrier at the time of delivery to support your claim.
Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Responsibility transfers once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier
- Orders left unattended under ATL are not covered for loss or theft
- We recommend confirming your order prior to booking installation
